The staff were incredibly attentive, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout the day. The animal caretakers were especially impressive—so knowledgeable and passionate about the giraffes and other wildlife. They answered all our questions and really enhanced the experience with their insights and stories.Of course, the highlight was enjoying a delicious African-style picnic while giraffes wandered nearby—truly surreal and magical.
