I cannot recommend T4P enough! From the very start, Sham’s communication was warm, responsive, and genuinely helpful in helping me decide which tour would be perfect for me, even though I was reaching out on such short notice. I am so glad I chose them! The walking tour of Mombasa was beyond anything I could have imagined. Like the saying goes, “Maps can show streets, but only locals can show the soul of a city.” My tour with Tyson was absolutely, unbelievably wonderful. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the city, is easy-going and seeing Mombasa with someone who knows it by heart was fantastic. Every corner, every street was a beautiful story and because he seems to have friends everywhere, every place we visited felt like coming home after a long journey. I am certain I would never have seen or experienced half of what I did without him. AND he takes really good pictures!! So much so that my people thought I had upgraded my lifestyle to travelling with a professional photographer 🤣😁. Each shot was so beautifully captured. Thinking of all this wonderfulness and the fact Travel4Purpose runs this way so it can support the local communities, conservation projects, and women’s empowerment programs, and works with the guides & small businesses to ensure your trip actually benefits the people i met along the way even made it more special !!! Safari trip (Amboseli) & Nature Walk
A long-overdue review (apologies, Sham!). Our experience with T4P was fantastic from beginning to end. We were warmly welcomed with a car stocked full of snacks (including Kenyan chevdo and drinks) and taken seamlessly to our safari and nature walk. Sham and the guides were incredibly attentive - always available to answer questions and truly went above and beyond to make the trip special. Everything was reasonably priced compared to other providers, and the accommodation was a great choice - sustainable and perfectly immersed in nature. The 3-day trip was unforgettable, and we couldn’t recommend T4P more highly.

I booked the Mombasa City and Street Food Tour. It was an incredible experience. The company are very professional and their correspondence was excellent, they were very flexible and helpful when organising. The tour itself was great fun, led by a charismatic guide - it was well organised and had a good balance of food and historical sites. An experience I will always cherish. If you are in Kenya, these are the guys to go to.

The dhow experience in Mombasa was absolutely incredible and a highlight of our trip. From start to finish, everything was perfect. For some of us, it was our first time in Kenya, and this was such a special way to take in the beauty of the ocean. We enjoyed stunning views and watched the most breathtaking sunset—all while spending quality time together.
The captains were outstanding: professional, welcoming, and even offered to take group photos so we could keep these memories forever. To make the experience even more thoughtful, they accommodated our request and brought fresh bhajia and cassava crisps for us to enjoy on board.
The dhow itself was smooth, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. I truly couldn’t recommend this experience more, and we would absolutely do it again the next time we visit Mombasa.
No request was too much for Sham! She made sure we got everything we wanted! Thank you for a beautiful memory Sham!
