A Truly Magical Picnic with Giraffes!From start to finish, our experience was absolutely unforgettable. The booking process was smooth and hassle-free, with Shammy handling everything brilliantly—communication was prompt, clear, and friendly, which made planning so easy.Upon arrival at the nature reserve, we were warmly welcomed and felt looked after the entire time. The staff were incredibly attentive, making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed throughout the day. The animal caretakers were especially impressive—so knowledgeable and passionate about the giraffes and other wildlife. They answered all our questions and really enhanced the experience with their insights and stories.Of course, the highlight was enjoying a delicious African-style picnic while giraffes wandered nearby—truly surreal and magical. The food was fresh, flavourful, and beautifully presented, adding an authentic touch to the whole experience.We left with full hearts, happy bellies, and memories that will last a lifetime.
